So a little while ago I received a call asking me if I'd be interested in shooting the Derby in Epsom. The only snag was that I had to wear a full morning suit (Top Hat and Tails) as I would be working mainly around the Royal enclosure. I've not covered anything like this before and I have to say it was hard work, but a great day was had. Lots of colourful characters all enjoying the gallons of bubbly on tap and the weather was incredibly warm and sunny, not great if you're dressed up like the Fat Controller of Thomas the Tank Engine fame...
